Goodnight Georgia & North Carolina...

Ya'll want some sweet tea? This week we were in Georgia & North Carolina.

It all started on Tuesday, March 24 at Middle Georgia College (the oldest 2 year college in the US according to Wikipedia). Great show and thanks to Melissa for having us!

March 25th we performed at a really great club in Raleigh, NC, Goodnight's Comedy Club. It was Fajita & Margarita night, so lots of people came out to hear the sizzle of meat and some great jokes. Sorry, we weren't able to record the show, but trust me it was muy great (both the food & comedy [Be sure to check out Mary Kate Wise & Matt Bergman])!

March 26th we were at the University of North Carolina Pembroke. Lots of students came out to see our little show. Jonathan even got a $1 tip during the Hoop of Destiny. Plus, we unveiled the Official SOS! Headbands (For Sale Online VERY SOON). BIG Thanks to Chris, Symphony, 6 month old Sonata, UNCP Crew!

At the end of the trip we decided to start "Trillionaire Magazine", the only magazine for trillionaires.  If you are a million, billion, or trillionaire reading this subscriptions start at $10,000,000/year.

More adventures to come... we'll be in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Virginia next week!

Detroit International Comedy Festival 2009

Saint Patrick's Day: Shamrocks, Leprechauns, Stand-up Comedians?!

This year's Saint Patty's day we got our "Potato Famine" on at the Detroit International Comedy Festival at Mark Ridley's Comedy Castle.  It was a day of firsts for us.  Our first time performing in Detroit, first time performing at a comedy club, and our first time performing on the Irish holiday.

Ferris State!

March 3rd was an Awesome show at Ferris State! Our good buddy Michael Kent picked us up from the airport the night before and we got to do another show together! We have pictures to show and Michael edited a couple videos to share. Enjoy!

All about our February!

This February was a great month for us. We had a nice and full schedule, had some fantastic shows, and made a lot of new friends and fans along the way!

Week 1; crazy week -

* 2/2 (monday) The University of Northern Kentucky brought us in to MC their annual talent show. We rocked this event and so did the talent in the competition. Here is a link to an article about the event in the schools newspaper link

* 2/4 The Derryfield School in Manchester NH brought us in for a special show. Jonathan got to ride the schools Segway onto the stage for his entrance on this one because it was his birthday!

*2/5 Palm Beach Community College in Bocca Raton FL had us bringing their lunch hour to life. Noon shows are frequently regarded by college comedians as the worst shows ever, but we had a blast at this one! After the show we headed down to Miami to visit with a couple of Jonathan's old high school friends while we ate at an amazing Cuban restaurant.

2/6 Albion College in Albion MI had us in to wow the crowds.

Week 2: a week off.

We both caught up on sleep and doing chores around the homesteads. Evan went to see Cirque Eloize, "nebbia", on his birthday, which fell on Friday the 13th this year.

Week 3: NACA Nationals and a couple shows

We dropped in on a couple days of NACA Nationals so we could catch up with our friends in the college entertainment market. This year it was held in the Gaylord Opreyland hotel in Nashville TN, which is huge and ridiculous.

2/17 SNHU in Manchester NH had us in for their spring week which was themed "Cirque du SNHU".

2/20 Eureka College in Eureka IL had us perform for "Regan weekend". This is a weekend where a bunch of high school kids compete for the "Regan scholarship", so there were lots of students and parents alike. Our show went over extremely well, and there was free funnel cake!

Week 4: the final week

Jonathan and I both had a handful of solo gigs on the last week of February, and then finished out the month on 2/28 with a parents weekend show at the University of St. Francis in Joliet IL.
